I went in to ebgames yesterday( Friday ) i said to the cashier "when does gta for the gameboy" He gave me a funny look and said "nintendo hasnt signed any thing with rockstar, they got you" i said " well i saw on a trustable website that gta for the gba is confirmed" he said "ima tell again they got you, i work for the largest game retailer in the world, i think id know if it was coming out now dont ask again you little ignorant child" i replied "who is you calling little im 6 ft 3" the i picked up an empty case and threw at him *just my luck mall security was walkin by footballtackeld me to the ground and took me in this room and was sayin "your gunna be arrested" and all that shit he walked out the room what do ya think i did? RAN LIKE A MUHFU**A i dont think im goin outside or to the mall for a while* SO IS GTA FOR THE GBA COMFIRMED OR NOT????:confused:

whell there is a contract not to release gta on the nintendo but... i guess that doesent aply to the gba but concidering that there are 2 gtas' already out and there is another one comming i guess it doesent apply to the gba , so your both kinda right

EBGames employees are known for being a lot of things, most notably pricks and idiots. A lot of people think this game has been cancelled, because it's been cancelled twice before. First Rockstar gave it to Crawfish to develop and cancelled it, then gave it to Destination Software, and they cancelled that too, so it's easy to see why some are skeptical.

And exclusivity contracts rarely apply to handhelds. This is why Rare is still allowed to make GBA games. It's also why you've got Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee on GBA.

A section of R* is handling it, I think the same one from Max Payne or something, but it couldn't be a fan thing. If it was it wouldn't be for sale because of copyright laws, and it wouldn't be on GBA...a fan project would more or likely be on computer...
