how can he have playing in 1600x1200, the highest I can get is 1280x1024? is there any mod he have or is his version a fake?

I can play 1600*1200 in VC, and if i rember correctly also in GTA 3. You need to enter the display menue before you extualy start playing. Then click the resulution and scroll to were you want.

A lot of monitors, especially LCDs, will only go to 1280x1024, but if you have a decent graphics card like a Radeon 9600xt or a GeForce FX 5700 you can use Anti-aliasing. It looks much better than just using 1600x1200. Here is an example of 4x Anti aliasing and 8x Anitropic filtering at 1280x1024 on a Radeon X800pro:

Notice how even at 12x10 there are almost no jagged edges.

No, it's not at the airport. It is on the second island I believe and I know it is where you got to kill the people with the bombs strapped to their chests. You have to pile up cars near the walls and it extremely difficult to do.

ok, there is a highway that goes all the way around Stauntan Island (2nd island) as shown here in blue:

now, there is a part that goes down kinda under the bridge to Shoreside Vale (3rd Island) and then you come out and instantly turn on the SECOND STREET, i think, as shown in blue:

now, once you have turned, look carefully to your right until you see something to turn into a tunnel looking thing that leads to a parking lot:

now that might not be exactly where it is but some where around there. Now, getting to the sign.

There is a wall around the parking lot and it is your job to get over it. There are two ways:

1 - do what Free Mike said about piling up cars

or...
2 - use the car jump cheat thing, which i will list:

PS2 - R1, L1, R2, L1, Left, R1(2), Triangle
XBOX - R, LT, Black, LT, Left, RT, RT, Y
PC - cornerslikemad

on all of them, you must be driving and hit the horn to "Jump" up into the air. Hope i was some help you you, that took me almsot an hour to put together

Hmm, much ado about nothing, eh? I have a 9600 All-In-Wonder with a 21" CRT. And yes, you can force higher res and AA. But, in this case, I just chose for the in-game menu, as Mad Max said. And zombienm is correct on the location. I think I used a Kurma and a Pony. However, there's always the easier way of just crashing a Dodo next to it.
