Today, while playing GTA III, I was out on the street trying to jack car when an old man came up to me and said, "I Swear You Were Verceti." I promise I heard that. Almost makes you think...?:confused:

The gay guys that say lines from "In the Navy" crack me up to this day. I'm also partial "Hey, that's my cab!" whenever I jack a taxi.

lol, i like "get in the back, aaaaaaaah" lol that used to be my fave coz it was really funny but thats bit boring now, in the navy made me go and punch them lol. i like using clothes cheat to dress as them though, they look so dumb lol.

I've never heard it, but its deffinetly possible. They obviously knew the next game was going to take place in a Miami type scene and they may have also know what the main characters name was going to be.

Well, that is serious posibility, because a great company like R* I am sure that plans the next game before releasing the current one.

GTA 3 is set in 2000, or 2001 so it's possible the guy remembered the 80's gangster Tommy Vercetti and that R* had already planned the next gta character's name ;).
