Allright,when your in a,policecar,fbicar enforcer or a tank press the R3 button(Pc,i dont know)and your doing now a vigalante mission or something,but...when your near the the stolen car press start,press start again and he/she in the car will come out!!!!!!!
Its work always with the PS2!:p :p :p

...I've never heard that before! If I hadn't already beaten all the vigilante missions I'd try it out. An easier way to beat the vigilante missions is to just perform the "All Cars Blow Up" cheat, super easy.
