Gta3 Audio Help!

Is there a program anywhere on this vast internet that transfer from .VB format to MP3, or even ADF. The radio stations on the PS2 Disk for GTA3 are in VB format and i would like to put them into Vice City.


(ex. i never listen to esprantoso and would rather have chatterbox in there.)

If you know where i could find this program of my dreams please reply!
