remember leo teal...the chef at the start of the game that you kill to steal his cell phone....right note his sur name.... now remeber the phone missions from a pay fone.... the guy wud call and say hello mr. teal...... bla bla.... rite now this may or may not make sense but the name given to the colour of tommys shirt is teal...... so really is that some sort of coincidence or what..... was the chef a hitman or the guy that gives you the mission can see you...

Hmmm. Never really though of Tommy's shirt as being teal, but I guess it is? I dunno. I think he just calls him Mr. Teal because of the Chef, not because of the color of his shirt. I mean, what about when he's wearing different outfits, like a suit, or sweatsuit, or overalls?

I don't know for sure, but if the person giving the payphone missions was calling Tommy "Mr Teal" after the chef, then why wouldn't he be calling on Mr Teal's (the chef's) mobile? So that makes me think that it's after the casual outfit, but as I said, I wouldn't really have a clue.

The outfit is, technically, more of a cyan, but yes, the idea had crossed my mind. I got a bit mixed up when I first got the Cell. In the payphone missions, though, its somewhat odd that the caller would refer to Tommy as "Mr Teal" because of what Tommy_Rio suggested. Perhaps it could also be some sort of a patronising thing, where the caller KNOWS that Tommy killed the chef, but is just having some fun?
