Someone mind giving me some help plz :)

Right basically I would like to edit the weapon dmg, range, ammo etc easily... with a program that works on VC without going into a notepad where I am flooded by letters associated with weapons numbers and so on.

I have a program like this for GTA 3 which is cool but not for VC, is there anyone out there that knows of a program, the name of it, has it or has the link to where I can get it?
