Does this happen to anyone else?

You know how on the getaway, once you get the robbers to the bank, only a certain number of them will actually come back out again, I think it's possibly random, normally between one and all three. But having started the story missions again, I find this time, that in my past two attempts I have had none come out, they go in, and I resume control of the car, with "Mission Failed!", and the robbers gone from existance.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hasn't happaned to me, but it could have something to do with GTA3s crappy AI. Mabe they just get stuck in there somehow.

It hasn't happened to me that's for sure as Piggus says it could be GTAIII's AI or it could be another glitch.

Yes, I had noticed that you will sometimes get random ammoutns of robbers coming from the bank. The situation you explain has however, never happened to me.

It's intresting that you should bring this up, I had never though about it before until you mentioned it. Maybe it is the AI or maybe there is actually something going on in there where there is a actuall gunfight! That would be pretty cool, does anyone know if that's even possible?

That a gunfight really is occuring inside of that building?
Maybe that's why somtimes it's random... apart from that it sounds kind of stupid that R* would make it possible that no robbers will come out, I think that's it. Or maybe it's just because of the AI and they get stuck running into a wall inside somewhere.

he only glitch with a mission ive ever had was the fone mission where i had to kill 20 red jacks or purple nines? ...the problem was that there were none on the streets anywhere....r* say its a glitch that happens every second new game you start

Sometimes the robbers get back out of the bank with less people.
It happend to me that 3 ran in and 1 came back... Mayb they all died (That means the AI wasnt crappy cuz the security killed them)
