Installing Car mods. I open it and save it and its not in the game. What am, i doing wrong?

Replace a car. Delete the original dff and txd files from gta3.img. Rebuild argive. It takes me usally a while before i can find a new car so place one in your garage. Replace handling, carols, defalt.
