Well you see these days there is a thing called Google. What you do is type what you want in the search box and press enter. Im sure you will find what you want.

I know exactly where you can download it. Click on my signature. You may also want to download the code update in the mission coding thread. It's got a few more missions than what's on the beta (I just updated the code tonight, so it's very fresh)

The new parts of the code are:
The Portland Import/Export Garage
The Emergency Vehicle Crane
All four offroad missions
All four Marty Chonks missions
The first el Burro mission
The first two Hoods missions (although there is a bug which won't allow you to pass the first one right now)
The taxi sub-mission
The vigilante sub-mission
Firefighter sub-mission

Also, you can do all of the unique jumps, find all of the hidden packages, and much more.

Really? I typed "gta liberty city" into Google's site and the first link was the GTA:LC forum.
