police motorbike in vc

I was crusin the web and was on cheatplanet(not an ad) and was looking at gtavc and found an hint titled police motorbike(it is about 1/4 the way down from the top) i htink it just may be a mod but its for ps2 which you cant really download mods to ps2 do you think that this is true but i checked it out and no police bike?
do you think it is real or a fake?

I think that is garbage because I have a 100% game with all the vigilante missions comleted and no police bike at the police station. If you look through gta3.img there is no .dff or .txd for a police bike
