PS2 Price

I have heard a rumor that the price of PS2s is going to fall this month. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was true and if you did could you please help me out!

i saw a commercial for it yesterday, its now $149.99

which means used ps2's are going down to probably like 99 or less....which would rock cuz i'd love to add another ps2 to my current setup

holy moly, if a used PS2 costs less than $100 then I'm getting one, but first have to see if my friend lets me borrow it....

I am just going to buy a PS2 to play San Andreas. In England they are about £140 new and £90 second hand. I'm not sure how much that is in US$. I really hope that they come down in price. Thanks for your help!

Woolworths had a promotion on a few weeks back where they reduced PS2 to £99.99 for one weekend only. I went in and picked one up and a few platinum games :)

And the country's called the United Kingdom, btw :p

no England is also known as the United Kingdom and Britain, well Britain is not so used anymore but politically correct is ok to call it any of those three names

The United Kingdom isn't a country. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are the countries that make up the United Kingdom. Britain, is short for the British Isles and Great Britain, which is England Scotland Wales and the whole of Ireland. Basically just a name for that group of land. The republic of Ireland aren't part of the United Kingdom though.

yup, good idea. personally i dont really like PS2's, i dunno y. but i hate the thought of missing out on playing SA while everyone else is gonna be playing it and talking about it.

I agree, i think PS2s are rubbish, but i cant wait for San Andreas to come out. I prefer PC.

I'd predict a permanent £99 price cut by the time San Andreas is around.
