Im trying to find the smuggler (offshore racing boat) looks like the boats out of miami vice. For some reason its hard to find this boat! Any idea where it spawns at or how to get it on a regular basis?

there isnt a cheat for that boat ive only seen it in a mission outside of the mission i havent seen it at all....:mad:

Been looking everywhere for this boat as well, can't find it.. It's in a mission, but its also one of the boats that spawns when you do the "triathlon" race thing. :)

Ya there are no cheats for it and idk y cause its a a sweet boat, and i know its in the emissions and in the triathlon but its like where does it spawn??? I did manage to find it once recently by the beach with the carnival and i was in the old assult chopper and i have tried doing this again thinking that sort of vehicle class would make it appear in the world but it didnt. It does make that new little boat appear a lot though (the floater)! And has anyone seen the new cop cars/motorcycle in multilayer idk why they didnt put that in single player!

ok so i realized if you get in the buzzard and cruise over by westdyke/northwood area in the water the smuggle will appear but when i got in it its called the blade? WTF?? So there are two boats the smuggler and the blade that are similar? IM SO LOST!

Anyone know where to get Yusuf's other helicopter? The one you take the Celebinator on a tour with. It's got a pretty cool paintjob and is actually kinda fast.
