Who here has a gun for protection in their home?
I have a 1911. I have a box of 230 JHP(jacketed hollow points) and 65 AP(armor piercing) and 20 duds. I have rubber grips and a IMI-Mfr compensator with it. It's a nice gun. I got hold of it for free from a gun runner who lives near me. So tell me about your gun(s).

You must be an amirican. Over here in the Netherlands guns are on verry tight rules. You have to be over 22 i think. You have to get a license, wich is verry hard to get, you can only use it at a club, and the ammo have to stay there.
I would't use it to protect yourself either. We are that pathetic over here that as you only get into a fight with a burglar and you exidentally break his nose. You will be into big trouble with the law. Those stupid assholes who cal themselse judge's will confict you and the burglar will walk away.

i used to own an air gun that shot metal peltis, that was cool, but UK is boring you can own hardly any type of gun.

Its an offence in the UK to own a gun without a licence, and then its only for a shotgun like if your a farmer or game keeper, and you have to fill out about fifty forms,
You certantly wouldn't get a licence for a 9mm pistol or sub machine gun to roam about with or keep in your home for defence, maybe if your a member of a gun club i don't know the rules for that.
I'd like a gun. Berettas look cool, so gimme that one.
And yeah, Mad Max is right, getting gun in the Netherlands is VERY hard

I shouldn't have my gun. My license expired 4 months ago. I didn't want to give it up 'cause I could sell it sometime.

on another note Well I dunno why people have to own guns, ya know? my granfather always taught me that If somebody was to mess with me we would have to fight with our own hands and take it like real man, no fucking guns.... guns are bad, very bad

I have a gun because I was told by my probation officer that I couldn't touch anyone. Besides my gun is really needed with how many bad people there are.:p

No wonder shootings are so rife in America, it's the wide availabilty of guns, not the influence games & movies have on people that is a problem.
In the United Kingdom, you'd never get away with anything like that, hell you'd be arrested for shooting a BB gun in public, and posession of anything like the first one Zidane's got is totally illegal.

Yeah. Its kinda good to have laws like that here. But its kinda dumb that you can get arrested for shooting a harmless BB gun. One of my mates has a air sniper rifle. Its a modified hunting one or something...wasn't really listening when he told me.

Nobody said that you could get away with having guns in the US, we do have strict laws, my friend had to go to court for shooting a BB gun in the back of his house (damn neighbors called them cops) I guess is just easier to buy a gun in the states, but that's it you do have to go to jail if you own a gun and have some kind of criminal record

Well I have a Gamo 1000fps air gun, 2 CO2 pistols, a Winchester m250 .22, a remington .22 (very old), a Remington m870 12 guage shotgun, a Browning double barrel over-under 12 guage sg, an old .410 shotgun, a .243 cal sethetic stock hunting rifle, and some other pump 20 guage shotgun that I dont know the name of.
I live in Oregon so a lot of people have guns to hunt with. Me being one of them.

Yeah. Shootings are everywhere. They're getting boring. I have a gun for safety in case someone breaks into my house. Someone once did and I beat him up. Left blood on my porch. My knuckles were screwed up after.

Sorry. I forgot we weren't in the Dungeon. I don't have AIDS. I got tested 2 days ago. And as for cancer, I know I don't have.

There is no way i would do that ever. One of my shotguns was $1200. Guns are pretty spendy so I dont plan on getting rid of them.

I dumped my girl. I've lost my faith for family now that most of them aren't around me. It's all old. That's why I might give up my gun too. Back to fists for me.
