@GuitarSlinger
I made a thread discussing guitars and basses, but people just happened to say what instrument they play in that thread so...
I have to show my dream guitar:

Sorry, I don't know really what the brand was but it had a set of symbols, 2 small drums, a fairly large one and that's about it. I played it in school so I never paid attention to the brand since I wasn't that good either.

I tried my friend John's(drummer for my band in Georgia) drumset. He has double bass pedals and he plays fast. I mean FAST. I don't know how he does it though.

I used to own a pearl set.. they arent good for the music I play. They sound to generic to me. so i sold it and saved up more money for the premier. Since you play snare drum.. then I can undserstand your dislike for premier snares.. the Snare that came with my kit was garbage. so i bought a $500 DW Copper Snare. If your looking to upgrade that Pearl snare of yours.. i suggest DW, or Sonar.. I played on over a hundrerd snares at shops in my area, and those sound the best to me. Its just my opinion though. I started playing snare myself when i was kid in concert bands and stuff.. its what turned me on to percussion and eventually playing kit. been playing set for about 8 years now. been a percussionist for about 13 years. (im 21 years old.. i started early). If you ever start playing drumset.. listen to the sound of a quality Premier all maple kit.. preferably Signia or GInista. The sound of the maple bass and toms sounds incredibly warm and tonal.

I still have my Recorder, it's fun sometimes but it can get annoying because of how loud it is.
