I can't connect to any servers

Hey guys, thanks for looking at my post.

My problem is that I can't connect to any servers, as said in the title. I had problems installing Net Framework 3.5, but I found a clean up tool, so I completely re-installed it. After that, I re-installed Vice City, and VCO, and then I ran it again. But, when I join servers, it just launches the normal game (with out the new interface). Any suggestions at all will be appreciated, thanks. :)

Please, make sure you install VCO IN the main folder of Vice City-.

Other issues could be the use of Mods or Modifications of VC-.

Hey, I made sure the thing is in the folder, but it still doesn't work. I don't have any modifications (I don't think, I'll re-install it again and get rid of my folder).
