Why do you need windows hosting? btw just incase VLE is the reason, VLE 1.05 has been released which is compatible with linux.

Honestly it's not cause of VLE, i have my own script. I've always used Windows Servers (VC:MP, MTA:VC). Yeah am still looking.

Your best bet would be to get a Windows VPS if none of the hosts listed here have Windows.

So how would i run VCO from a Windows VPS, if you wouldn't mind explaining...

You would have full access to the machine - it's just like a dedicated Windows server (except that it is obviously running in a virtualized environment instead).
Remote desktop in, set up the server and start it.

a linux server shouldn't be very different
main diffences:
line endings in files (windows \r\n, linux \n)
paths (windows \, linux /)
if your scripts don't work on linux, i'll happily have a look through them to fix if you want.

the solution in this thread about windows vps can be quite expensive due to host having to pay windows licence, and it using up more resources, etc
