when i run vco and click on a server i go to the rockstar logo screen and it exits out of the game

Does the same thing happen if you try play a single player game?

Make sure you have .Net framework 3.5 installed on your computer, click HERE (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?F amilyID=AB99342F-5D1A-413D-8319-81DA479AB0D7&displaylang=en) to get it.
Also make sure VC-O has been installed to your GTA Vice City directory, which in most cases should be:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City

well got net framework but i dont know how to get vc-o in stalled in gta vc directory
