So ye BattleForge is a fast paced RTS where you have like a deck of cards that are your units and you can place on the battlefield. So there's no base building. You just have to take over Nodes so you can build more powerful units and you have to get crystals to get more power to summon the units.
I guess cause the sales for the game sucked they made it Free 2 Play. But like Battlefield Heroes you can buy additional cards for your deck.
