With E3 just around the corner and Mass Effect 2 already being confirmed as part of EA's line-up, BioWare today released a little teaser as to what they are planning to show the press behind closed doors once the show gets underway. Expect new races, bigger guns, better combat anda darker story.

interesting that they are carrying over your decisions from the first game
I know they said to keep your save files because they'd use them for ME2
I wonder how they are gonna handle it for those who've never played the first one or deleted their saved games.
over all I think it will be just as good if not better than the first one, although the statement that its darker than the first worries me since lots of games are now too dark and hard to see.

I have a slight feeling that they meant the story line is darker, not that the game its self is dark...It's not gonna be like playing IV again, well i hope not anyway :(

God Ea better not screw this up. Mass Effect is one of my favorite games of this generation and EA better not streamline it (make it easy, shallow to be more accessible to a wider audience, just generally shitter) because I really want this to be a consistently good trilogy. It would be a shame if it just took a dive in quality now when there's a lot of stuff unresolved.
Another thing that'll seriously piss me off is if EA decided to start charging for little tiny accessories etc. that should have been in the game from the get go such as amour and guns (see Dead Space). The more I think about it that more irritated I get that these arseholes are now in charge. Fuck em
