Game Fork (http://twitter.com/GameFork/) on twitter apparently knows Microsoft's E3 lineup, and on May 8, he posted this:

'Wont be testing GTA: BAAFLC. R* have shut the walls on any pre-E3 tests. clever!! Getting patched up alan Wake back on Monday.. Cant wait :)'

If it's true, then I wonder what it stands for.
