Then something jumped out at me.
Assassin's Creed should have had a capture-the-flag multiplayer mode.
Or a race to assassinate an NPC target then get back to your firm without being killed by rival assassins.
Seriously, just think about it for a minute.

Lets do it! There could be an assassin assassin mission where your an assassin trying to assinate the other assasin before they assassinate their target.

Those are some great ideas, but Ubisoft don't realise it. AC has the potential to be a good online game.

Even just a tag game would be a heap of fun. Something where you have to get in throwing knives range of someone. Running around all fast paced like that without concentrating would be like a freeroam mirrors edge in the olden days.
Assassins Creed was one of the few good games.
