Crash when joining server :(

Hi everyone!

I'm using Vice City 1.1, not sure if I should be using 1.0? When I try to either join a random server or my server. Wants I get past the introduction movie of Vice City. The game then for a second shows the main loading screen of Vice City, then it crashes. :( Not sure what would be causing it to, Vista maybe?

VCO is compatible with only 1.0.
