My question is: This server IP: 91.204.161.155 is banned by VC-O devs or someone? Before that server was named: "VC-MP.pl...". Now my friend is hosting server for me from this IP and I can't see server on list of servers...
Please answer.

Is the server running the latest version?

Like Tuntis asked, is the server updated with the RC 1 Patch? If not, update it, it'll be a Master Server time out.
If it has been updated, and the server is set to announce, has the port been opened for it?

The server is updated, but not working. I dunno why. The server is not hosting on his PC.

I have just checked the logs of the master server, and no IP is banned from it, rest assured. Perhaps your friend set the announce property to false by "announce(false)"?

Announce is "announce(true)". I can't even see the server by adding IP to favorites, but server is running...

If you can't see it from the favorites list then it isn't the master server. Perhaps he has a firewall or that port is blocked?

Gold, goto your local ip type it in the web browser and the username should be blank and pass should be admin and look for port forward option. Just forward anyport you want to UDP and press okay. Then restart server. If that doesn't work I dont know the issue.

The port you're using for VCO (The one stated in Main.lua) isn't accessible from the internet. Forward that port to the IP of the computer that hosts the server. If you're paying for it, then don't! Because if you're paying for a service that doesn't work, thats stupid. But the problem is that the server isn't visible from the internet.
