yesterday i played multplayer and saw that someone has spawned the happiness statue.do you know which mod was it?and can i download it here?

I'm guessing they were using a LUA script with some version of Alexander Blade's ASI Loader that allows for multiplayer use in v1.0.3.0. We don't have that download here.

But in 1.0.3.0 we don't have to play online, when we have got a modding game. In other version, yes, but no in 1.0.3.0. Bye, bye cheaters. :)
