Oh yes, Awake in my opinion is the bestest rock music of all times and yes they move to that kind of music, it's cool and all but i like more of the bad-ass music they used to sing before. Another great band in my opinion is Static-X

Im into mainly hardcore stuff.. but i like anything thats "good musicianship". I dont really listen to rap music just because the beats are made on a keyboard and not performed by skilled individual musicians. So, although I have nothing against rap, i just cant get into it. All the rap I have on my computer is early 90's rap.. just some classics that i could never get out of my head since i was a kid. As for me I like rap and metal mostly, favorite metal bands would be In Flames, Into Eternity and Meshuggah (Future Breed Machine rules!), Opeth is also good.

For rap I like Cunninlynguists, Non Phixion, Jedi Mind Tricks and alot of Old School (like in Vice City)
