Hey, I think that the ReadMe says "copy the handling.dat file into the common\data folder" and also copy the appropriate cargrp.dat sectiion. but anyway, here's the author's thread at GTAForums, there are a ton of pages in this thread so im sure reading through it will help you out: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=38674 1
