LAD downloading help needed

Agh!so I got the prepaid card,used it and begun the download,Or at least I tried to.It's always on pending,I can never get it to start.Always 0%.I've tried removing the cables etc and disconnecting even restarting the download but it's still at 0%.Please please please could someone help I was really looking forward to this.

Test your Xbox Live connection. If your 360 comes back with any type of errors, post them here.

Disconnect your 360 from your router (if you have one) and connect it to your modem, then reset it. Try downloading again. If it works, and once it finishes, connect your 360 back to your router and your router to your modem and reset the modem again.

If your modem has no reset button, unplug it for 30 seconds.

You'll need an ethernet cable.

Finally got it working after pulling the old off and on technique several times.Damn you talktalk
