Sorry to be so agitated, but I've downloaded it, but how or where do I go to load it up? I've looked absolutely everywhere :(

Edit: Never mind, it appears to have got stuck on 55% so I started again. Man this is really slow.

You need to load up GTA IV.
It will ask you if you want to play The Lost and Damned.
