idk, fallout 3 DLC came out around 1 AM for us on the east coast of the US
not sure if it was at the same time world wide or not

The reason I ask is that I don't want to mess up my sleep pattern but I'm not sure if I can resist staying up just a few hours for GTA.

This is actually better than usual. Normally, MS doesn't update XBL until around 5am EST with new stuff. It's obviously not good for those that have to work/school, but its still better than 5am EST.
