I was wondering if someone could make the next DLC character Luis Fernandez as a mod please. I'm sure it is possible because there is one for Johnny Klebitz. Thanks to anyone who decides to make this.

You could just use the the Player Selector mod (http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/1951) to play as him ;)
