Speculation about a new show on WKTT

So you know how they're updating the radio stations in the new DLC? I was checking out the in-game internet and stumbled across the site for "Area 53," the Coast-to-Coast style show from GTA: San Andreas. The last time that site was apparently updated was December 18th, 1999. Host Marvin Trill stated that he promised to return in ten years with a "new show."

Well, ten years from that date is December 18th, 2009. My theory here (and I apologize if this has already been discovered) is that in either this DLC or the next one, a new episode of "Area 53" will be included.

Well The Lost and Damned will definitely be taking place at around the same time as the regular GTA IV storyline, since the storylines intersect. It IS a possibility for the next DLC but I think that Rockstar will keep the story at the same time period.
