Everyone shall know they are done when the text at http://www.gtagaming.com/vco changes from "Download coming soon!" to "Download Now!" That day might be soon. :)

Seriously though, can someone atleast post some kind of updates? No one knows if the project has died or not. There is a seriously lack of communication with users going on here...

As far as I know, everything is finished and the bugs and crashes are patched up. The team is currently working on finalizing their systems to maximize performance. I hope this information helps you out.

If they're only optimizing, it shouldn't take longer than a month or so. Depends on how much they still have to do, but I doubt it'd take a year. :P

Yes; we are currently in the stage of optimization, stabilization, clean-up, and testing. A release shouldn't take much longer, considering that we're working diligently. Rest assured that it shouldn't be long; it'll be out when it's out. For now, feel free to check out the wiki and the VCO homepage!

Just keep on studying and practicing. Right now, I am currently trying to learn the scripting for VCO as fast as I can. If you start now, there is no going where you will end. I hope this advice helps.
What happened to VCO? the scripters stoppped working? when is it out :O??!??!?!!?

VCO is not dead by any means. We are now having daily beta tests to ensure that everything's been fixed for the most part, except very few things are unfixable for this version. It shouldn't be that much longer in my opinion. I'll keep y'all updated.
