Rated M for Mature By ESRB

Today the ESRB officially rated GTA IV: The Lost and Damned for the Xbox 360. they rated the game M for Mature. They went on to say that the content contained :

* Blood
* Intense Violence
* Partial Nudity
* Strong Language
* Strong Sexual Content
* Use of Drugs and Alcohol

it doesn't matter how old you are because I believe the xbox live marketplace doesn't have people at checkouts :P

I would have thought it would have been at least T for Teen. :|

i believe they have a built in system if your account has you stated as underage it won't allow you to buy mature content

pretty sure i read on the fallout3 forum that some people in other countries were being denied access to the fallout3 content for being underage even tho it would be legal for them to buy in their country, basically they were pissed
