[Request] Cash Cab Mod

On the Discovery channel on TV is a Game Show called Cash Cab, and I thought why not add something like this into GTA4 since its set in Liberty City New York? My idea for a mod request, is if you enter a certain taxi, the Game will randomly decide on if you Win or Lose a set ammount of cash. Would a script mod like that be possible for GTA4? It's one of those little lol details that fits the game well.

Wow, I love thats how and always wished they had that in gta IV...unfortunatly i own a 360 and do not play gta on the pc so i will never see this mod i guess.
