ASI Loader

I downloaded the gta sa version of the asi loader, and i cannot find the Development kit. Basically i want to know how to make those dlls/asis...

You have to know C++ programming/scripting language to make ones,I think

i do know it, but every dll has specific commands -_- thats why i need like a development kit... like the one aru released
