This Turns the Default M4 into an automatic Rocket Launcher. (along with various other weapon (Sniper) modifications.

I know, this is easy to do, but for people that don't know how to do it, here it is.
Things to know before downloading.
1. ALWAYS back up files before replacing them.
2. This mod works online, so dont be an idiot and annoy other users with it.
And Finally, 3. Have fun :)
How to install:
Copy the WeaponInfo.xml into "Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data". ONCE AGAIN! BACK UP FILES BEFORE REPLACING! I AM HELD NO WAY RESPONSIBLE IF THIS MESSES UP YOUR INSTALLATION.
