Who's the character in that picture...Right, it's our friend Sonic...but...Why the arabian look and the Prometal words???

Well...

Actually this is an ad of a Mexican company that makes metal products, especially hangers for the clothes, and they are using the image of Sonic as a mascot!!! And they don't have Sega's permision! LOL

This make me think about 2 posible answers...

1. Sonic never made a good profit out of his games, so he looked for a job, and the Mexican company hired him as a model for selling hangers.

2.Sonic have a brother from the middle-east

The funny part of it is that when your walking trough the store, suddenly you see Sonic's picture in the home products! LOL

that picture of "sonic" is probaly different enough to avoid any problems with the law.

Celldura?? LMFAO ha could they make it any more blatent that its a rip off.
