Was messing around and came across this story:
Source:
http://www.myds.com.au/NewsDetail.aspx?id=871
Analyst Mike Hickey from Janco Partners said that GTA Chinatown Wars could also end up on the iphone by saying.

"We expect GTA will likely be ported to Apple's iPhone platform, leveraging the device's touch screen technology and accelerometer. Apple's determination to layer gaming applications into the device's consumer value proposition and growing installed base is likely sufficient motivation for a deal"

Looks like now that GTA Chinatown Wars won't be exclusive to the DS.

Think it's legit?
I Don't.

Just found more sites:

and more sites reporting on it.

It's an analyst predicting it. So I don't think it'll happen as it's nothing but speculation.

Ahh Analysts, if we believed what they said, well, I can't think of the right words, they always spout bullshit and get paid for it, like 90% of the time their "Predictions" and "Professional Opinions" never actually turn out. I mean, whatever happened to Take2 cowering to EA and Rockstar games splitting and going indie? Or that The Houser Brothers will be leaving Rockstar games and that GTA IV will come out for the Wii and that GTA wouldn't sell well due to its time of release, etc, etc.

Actually, I think Chinatown Wars will be fine for the iPhone/iPod Touch. First, they have a much bigger screen than the DS (widescreen too) that allows it to display more of the HUD as well as dialogue during a cutscene that does not require a second screen.

Also, during minigames, the top half can be "overshadowed" by a bottom-half which will show the touch screen minigame, which will not happen often either, so it's fine. Or maybe, using the accelorometer to "break" the glass of your car's windshiled by thrusting the device backwards away from you.
