Well, why isn't this news on the front page?
Anyway, if GTA CW is to come by Fiscal Q1 2009, and they said it's coming in Winter, that means we'll get it in November or December!

Because it's repackaged news! The games website said it's coming Winter 2008, we listed that in our main post about it. All that's happened here is some news websites have had a lack of news and decided to state the bloody obvious. They saw that CTW is being released in that quarter area, which starts in December and ends in February and just pointed out that the quarter ends in February so it will be out by February.
It's just re-packaged news to add another article on the page, like making a post saying "Midnight Club LA WILL be out by November".
