Installing Mods...

Ill get them installed and everything, and then when I start the game and play for a few minutes, I always get unhandled exceptions, is there anyway to fix this?

Dont use those mods, use other ones. Re-install the game as well, you gotta start afresh

Sounds like you need to install DMagic's wheel mod.

i really dont recommend using IMG Tool if you don't know how to use it... start using gta mod installer or vcmm and learn how to use the IMG Tool along the way. but if you are using vcmm, then make sure you do install the dmagic wheel mod (it comes with it)

and if you are using gta mod installer... it wont let you install cars without the dmagic wheel mod so that wouldnt be the problem

IMG Tool sounds confusing. But I think the thing Neil said would work.

IMG Tool is easy to use... you just cant open it up and start using it without knowing what you're supposed to do

Well, it's a tool that allows you to open up compressed .img files (made for grand theft auto games). the point of it is so that you can edit models and textures (extract, import, delete, etc.) it's main use is for installing mods and getting the necessary files to make your own mods.

Oh. My friend told me he has it but it doesn't extract pics. He said TXD editor does though.

it doesnt extract pictures.

it extracts the files in it, which are mostly .dff (3d models) and .txd (textures) files but there are also .ifp (animation) files
