Chinatown Wars will have multiplayer.

I´m pretty sure about this, on the official site for CW, you can see the blue, round Nintendo WiFi logo. The WiFi is almost used entirely for multiplayer purposes, so I think we can be pretty sure on it being able to play with friends.
