No, the second one is another AR-15 derivate like the M16 in GTA III and the M4 in VC, SA and IV.

Besides that, we probably wouldnt see any special guns or anything, it'll probably be a similar layout than GTA IV: Bats, knives, simple pistols, UZIs, and some AKs and M16s (Or any similar gun to the M16)

The very first weapon illustrated is the M249 SAW. The picture shows it's ability to fire rounds from a conventional M16/ M4 magazine instead of the traditional belt-feed system. The "round thing" on the QBZ-95 is a iron sight used primarily for qiuck target aquisitioning or more commonly known CQB.

why not let this game be fun/mess-around kind?

Since Chinatown Wars is a handheld game... I don't think it'd be too demanding to ask for flamethrowers, miniguns, dual-wielding weapons and swords (Katanas), etc?
