Ok so im new to GTA VC PC MODDING, I need to know what type of programs i need to edit, Wepons, the Map and vehicles. :confused: :confused:

... and some other stuff i forgot
you can get all these tools in here, i think except Z-modeler

Get these tools : they do this

IMG TOOL - for manual vehicle and txd installations
GTA MOD INSTALLER - pretty self explanatory
VCMM - for installing vcm files only
GTA TEXTER - for changing text e.g real car names
VICE TXD - for texture editing with ease
MOO MAPPER - for map mods
ZMODELLER - for making your own vehicles and importing them
