i looked at the banner on the front page and i know its the new LC again but all they did from what i could see was the added a few chinese letters in the picture. I think it might be kind of a sell out now if they cant even make new art work for a background. they could have at made a Chinatown picture.

That picture was not official. It was done by the GTAGaming folks, I think.

It was done on the big screen at the Nintendo conference (that IV screenshot faded with white), so I tried to replicate it and added the Chinese symbols.

Hahaha, I had no idea what the symbols were, I just downloaded a Chinese symbol brush set from deviantART :P
