I got my tax break check, or whatever they're calling it now (not my tax refund, already got that) and it's for 508 bucks.

What do I buy with it?

Options are in the poll, VOTE NAO!

Rainy day. C'mon. It's you we're talking about here. :P

Either that or a PSTripple.

I'd buy clothes...mainly because I want to get some more at some point in the near future :p I don't particularly want a PS3, I already have a mountain bike that I haven't ridden in too long (not since I've moved house, there's nowhere to ride around here), recently upgraded my 'puter, don't need a new tele and saving money sucks.

That's what I would do if I had the money. But as you do...s'up to you really.

Can't go wrong with clothes.

Shouldn't save it on a rainy day. I tried that once with 1100 euros and I spend it all on coca cola and waffles.

If I were you I'd get a new mountain bike. Riding on your bike is fun and healthy at the same time, playing on your ps3 is neither of them.

Have you got a bank account with a high gross interest rate? Like a savings account? Personally I would stick most (if not all) in there and wait until the interest builds it up quite a bit.

I would get a PS3 if I didn't already have one. But tbh it's up to you, do you like any of the PS3 exclusives? It depends which console you prefer, or actually I'd say new TV if you aren't interested in PS3.

Get a PS3 if you really want one, or save it for a rainy day, let the bank slowly give you interest, even if it is only like 8p a month :P

I usually spend all my money on fun stuff to do, go out, beer, parties, etc.

Become an hero.

In a serious notes, it all depends on your situation, if my TV is a crappy one then I'd buy a new one, if I've been wearing the same clothes lately I'll buy new ones, etc.

I'd upgrade my computer but that's me. Those new 4870s are looking REALLY shiny
This is the only time you'll hear me say this, but you shouldn't save it since the whole point of this refund is to spur the economy. Be a good citizen and spend at lesat half of it.

Welp, I bought a bike. Good Deal too.

http://www.e-bikes.cz/fotodata1/mid/364-specialized-hardrock-comp-disc.jpg

I bought it from the owner of the shop himself. He brought it in from his garage to sell. It was only 4 months old and he had personally upgraded to double wall rims, bontrager jones xr tires, a rock show dart2 front fork and Shimano Deore front and real dérailleurs. And I got it for a sweet $250 bucks.

My reasoning was I hate using my full suspension bike for commuting and shit like that. And plus, if I ever want to go riding with a friend I'll have a spare if they need one.

So I still have 250 left.

I'd save it for a rainy day.

You never know what could happen, and when you'd need the money in a possible emergency.

If you are unsure of what to buy, I would honestly just save it until you find something you both want and need.
