I just got a sunburn and it hurts like a bitch!
I'm almost orange.
And it feels like my skin doesnt want to stretch at all.
Whats the best way to help heal it quicker?
Without peeling.

Just run some sandpaper up and down the spots that hurt, should heal in a second.

Or you can just follow these wonderful steps (http://www.wikihow.com/Treat-a-Sunburn).

Use Aleo gel and put some Jogurt on your burn. Cools down the burn. I had it like a month ago couldn't sleep. Take warm showers and use baking soda when you shower.

I would use pure aloe vera gel (but not around the eye area), and when you shower keep the water lukewarm. Baking soda may work, but i've never tried it.

My mom used to put cucumber slices on the burned spots :P Works well, too.

I guess that gel thing works better though.

Well, I never really get sunburns. But when I do, which only happened a couple of times, I just take a really cold shower. Than I put on a shirt or go to bed, depending on the time, and I'll be good to go outside in my bare awesomeness again the next day.

Like bimtob said, after sun does miracles.

After sun is just moisturizer, you put it on after you sun bathe to prevent the tanned skin from peeling off ;p

The aloe gel is good, but personally I hate feeling sticky from using it, so I'd recommend this aloe spray stuff, plus a couple Advil and you'll be feeling much better.
