This may sound stupid, but I need help with an Email.

How do I take a Microsoft Excel Sheet and put it as an attachment for an Email?

Please, need answers now.

what email client do you have?

universal way: click the "attach" button

Email client please?

Usually you just save the spreadsheet to your documents, then choose attach file when composing the email and choose the file, then click ok and send.
