You can do it with a gxt editor..
you have to edit american.gxt (or the language youre using). Search for the replay row.. and edit it..

I have a question... can you save your replays and watch them whenever you feel like it?

Sorry bout that rappo i didnt realise !

you can copy your replay file to another folder and watch them by re-entering it back in your vc user files , launching the game and pressing F3 but you cant watch them outside of vice city , if you wish to capture a replay download fraps its simple and effective to use.

you can press F2 to save your replays while viewing them (i think it's F2)

then they will be in My Documents\GTA Vice City Saved Games

I think it says it in the manual. My friend's game didn't come with the manual since it was used.

Here is the replay configuration,

F1. Plays the last 60 seconds of game
F2. Saves replay into GTA Vice City Userfiles
F3. Plays any saved replays you have in your GTA Vice City Userfiles

Or if you would like to add a more professional touch download Fraps.

I though it was the F1 was the last 30 seconds of game play.
FRAPS is a good program for screen capture, (I finally got it working :)) its a shame it doesn't record sound though, I think the registered version does though
