1. The euphoria engine
2. The driving physics
3. Graphics have finally gone next-gen.
4. Hitting other people in their cars so fast and hard that they die in their seats.
5. Water is very sexy looking, even though it has that polluted look to it.
6. It feels more real than any other gta, especially san andreas. (gangsters with jetpacks?)
7. Climbing ladders has now become a reality.
8. Heads don't explode anymore.
9. Unrealistic weapons like the flamethrower were taken out. (It kills, but would you really see someone walking down the street with one?)
10. Bodies actually fold over the car when hit at over 100mph. Thank god.
